Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to bus and train connections.

Rooms are a bit small.

The hotel is near the Tokuyama station, so it is conveniently located. The room was very cozy and clean and the service was so nice.

The internet did not work properly, we had a lot of problems trying to connect the computer to it. Also, I wish I had a different menu for breakfast and the toothbrush was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. Directly in front of the station and a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal.

The matress was quite firm.

The room was clean, and all the essentials were provided.

Ventilation could be improved.

There are not many choices in Tokuyama and this is the best. It is new but for westerners you may not be thrilled with the minimal free breakfast - there is a convenience store close to pick up some better food. The price is excellent.

I had to move the car before the check out time and park at other parking lot and pay the parking fee

It’s new, clean & well organised. Staff were helpful. Easy to find from the train station.

Very uncomfortable pillows (even by Japanese standards) it was like sleeping on pebbles. A different pillow option would be appreciated. I still have a sore neck a few days later! The elevator has cameras that are connected to screens everyone in the restaurant can watch while sitting to eat breakfast. It feels a bit weird & you want to hope you don’t do anything embarrassing!

Throw stones away from the station. The room is clean, and the building itself and its amenities look new.

The check-in line tends to pile up. There are no options ( i would asusme) for counter check-in other than the machine

Very good value for money if you can enjoy small rooms too.
